Delina is thrilled to be in this production of The Dolls of New Albion and is excited to be in her first appearance with Dogged Utopia. Prior to this, she has been performing in the greater Asheville area since moving here in 2007, starting with The Philadelphia Story where she played Liz Imbrie on the mainstage at A.C.T. (Asheville Community Theatre). Since then, she has had the pleasure of working with numerous theatre companies in the area and playing many different roles. While not a conclusive list, Delina has most recently performed as Betty in The Great American Trailer Park musical at ACT and HART; Mavis in Church Basement Ladies at SART; and Aunt Tildy in The Tall Woman at SART and the inaugural production of Close Quarters for Phantom Lamp Theatre Company. She would like to thank her mentor and friend, Marilyn duBrisk for teaching her everything she knows and teaching her that the word 'inhibition' isn't in her vocabulary. She would also like to thank her partner, Sarah Spooner for being so kind and gracious about being a 'theatre widow'.
